There are five zones in which we deliver throughout the European Union. Deliveries to Norway, Switzerland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, Greece, Bulgaria, Malta, Romania and Cyprus are currently impossible. All stated shipping costs refer to advance payment incl. 19 % VAT.

Delivery address:
We exclusively dispatch our goods by DHL. For a few years we gain very positive experiences with this provider of parcel services. The goods are always delivered fast and dependable at every weekday (Monday to Saturday). DHL does not deliver at holidays. Please state in your order a delivery address under which you are easy-to-reach resp. where your parcel can be delivered. If applicable, leave an advice for the DHL driver, so that he knows who is allowed to accept the goods. It is also helpful to state a mobile phone number to save unnecessary ways. If DHL does not encounter you, a notice with a pick up note in the next post office will be deposited for you. We reserve the right to invoice the fees for parcels that are sent back to us because of refusing the delivery, not been picked up Package or as the case may be.

Delivery time:
The delivery times (inland) generally amount 4-5 working days.
For deliveries abroad may occur extended delivery times.
