§ 1 General information

§ 2 Inventory data

  1. Your personal data, as long as it is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract (inventory data), will be used for contractual purpose only. For example, the delivery of your goods requires your name and shipping address, which will be forwarded to the supplier.
  2. Without your agreement or legal basis, your personal data will not be given to third party. After processing your order, your data will be saved for further usage. After the governmental deadline of saving personal data, the data will be deleted as longs as the customer didn’t agree to a further usage.

§ 7 Social plug-ins from Google+

We are using the "+1"-button of the social network Google Plus, which is prosecuted by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ("Google"). The button is recognisable by the "+1" sign on white or coloured background. If an user calls up a web page, which containes such a button, the browser establishes a direct connection with Google servers. Google directly transmits the content of the "+1"-button to his browser. The browser integrates the content into the web page. Therefore the provider has no influence on the scope of data, that Google collects with the button. According to Google there is no collection of personal data without clicking the button. Such data, e.g. the IP address, is only collected and processed, if the user is logged-in.
